Job Summary
The Photo+Video Traffic Coordinator is the person we turn to keep our photo and video production projects running on time and on the right track. This person is our chief planner, time manager, organizer and communicator for all Photo and Video projects, and takes great pride in hitting all the deadlines. This person is self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative, and can confidently communicate timelines, projects milestones, and expectations to our creative team and our clients.
The Photo+Video Traffic Coordinator works as liaison between the Creative Team and a variety of stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and expectations. This person will work closely with the Global and Regional Marketing Teams to manage incoming video and photography requests, work with the Traffic Manager to properly delegate projects to Creative Team members based on current workload, and also work with the Photo Producers to assist in production planning and content management.
Overview: You have a passion for keeping projects organized and moving forward. You will drive the day-to-day project management of photo and video projects from conception through delivery while helping create a culture of collaboration, creativity, communication, and enthusiasm for our work. This is a full-time position at TOMS HQ office in Playa Vista, CA.
Essential Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Marketing + Creative Leaders to align people and resources with projects and upcoming campaigns/initiatives that require video or photography support.
• Manage and coordinate proper input of project requests and data from clients.
• Utilize project management tools to ensure timely trafficking and tracking of all projects to meet deadlines.
• Monitor production progress, communicate changes and project status, expedite and prioritize rush projects as needed, and help resolve challenges.
• Schedule and attend daily/weekly meetings with Creative Team and pertinent project stakeholders.
• Enforce adherence to workflow processes and deadlines.
• Traffic creation of all regional versions of assets, ensuring proper timing for translations
• Gracefully lead multiple projects in a fast-moving culture
• Complete any other duties or special projects as assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications
• 3+ years' experience in creative project management, preferably at an agency or in a photo/video production environment
• Able to multi-task, problem solve, set priorities, and remain calm under pressure
• Highly organized, self-motivated, energetic, innovative and be able to adapt quickly to change
• Work collaboratively in an environment that values creativity and flexibility
• Able to confidently communicate timelines, projects milestones, and expectations to our creative team and our clients (excellent verbal and written communication skills a must)
• Punctual attendance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Demonstrate initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility
• Familiarity working within a workflow management system
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree-preferred
