Position Overview:
Responsible for leading the Company’s entire domestic wholesale function, developing strategic sales plans aligned with Company strategy, target and goals that will promote sales growth and customer engagement for the organization. Accountability for ensuring sales goals and targets are achieved within planned time and budget. This position will be responsible for establishing representation and development of all Company brands, creating account plans and identifying sales opportunities and forecasts for the company.

• Responsible for setting sales and profitability targets for wholesale based on company goals
• Oversee all domestic sales from a financial and product standpoint to develop, budget and strategize the growth of the business
• Key partner in monthly forecasting meetings with planning and finance teams

• Coach, Develop and Mentor domestic sales organization

• Work closely as the liaison with external sales partners to oversee financial performance and goals, department store retail performance, revenue and dilution budgets, product overviews and feedback.

• Work with Sales and Planning teams to develop hind sighting analysis for post market recaps and delivery final selling
• Monitor and drive healthy inventory levels
Key Stakeholders:
Chief Revenue Officer, SVP and VP of Merchandising & Planning, SVP of Finance Strategy
Required Skills:
1. 7-10 years’ experience in a high-level wholesale management
2. Previous experience in the contemporary or comparable market
3. Ability to manage multiple complex accounts & multiple account executives simultaneously
4. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
5. Availability to travel domestically
