Job Description:
The Ecommerce Content Manager is responsible to deliver best in class digital shelf execution supporting Maybelline, Gariner, essie & Carol’s Daughter strategies and activations. This individual will develop content playbooks which communicate best practices of the center of excellence, showcase trends and opportunities on retailer sites and motivate a test & learn environment ensuring content remains relevant to drive sales. This individual works across the broader digital toolkit (including Kwikee, Webcollage, Clavis, Bazaarvoice, POS reporting and PIM/DAM) supporting all cross functional teams through training, education and reporting. The ecommerce content manager adapts and enforce processes supporting efficiency and execution to improve speed to market while driving conversion and sales.
This individual must be a self motivated team player with the ability to work across cross function teams. Must poses excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelors Degree required
At least 3 years of E-commerce experience required.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage, distribute & communicate content playbooks (copy, images, A+) across Consumer Products Division (CPD) E-Commerce Organization ensuring all retailer/industry requirements are being achieved.
Optimize content syndication process with key retailers to drive improved efficiency & speed to market by leveraging technological solutions.
Commercialize, maintain integrity and expand functionality of digital toolkit across eNAMs and eShoppers.
Liaison with brand and eShopper teams to support eCommerce opportunities.
Manage A+ content requirements and execution to ensure content is optimized for all products (new and legacy).
Manage A+ content workflows to streamline communication, improve timelines, improve delivery & ease auditing.
Manage WebCollage reporting of key learnings and relevant trends distributed monthly to cross functional teams.
Manage content & Image requirements to ensure that all PDP content is optimized and synergized for all major retailers
Manage content syndication tool (EDS) requests for added reports, on boarding of new accounts and all user training.
Manage Clavis data integrity impacting Digital Shelf KPI’s.
Mange reporting templates for cross functional teams to drive actionable insights/changes to our content strategy.
Manage Vendor quarterly business reviews with CPD to ensure service levels are meeting all CPD guidelines & expectations
New Tools: research and evaluate vendors and software to improve deliverables from current agencies and or find alternate agencies to deliver current needs
