Assistant Project Manager - Global HRIS
Overview
Foot Locker, Inc., the world's leading retailer of athletically inspired shoes and apparel, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Global HRIS. The Assistant Project Manager - Global HRIS specializes in all HRIS system administration (Security and Foundations) and assists in all strategic and production HR initiatives. This individual leads and facilitates PeopleSoft Overview & Navigation training and acts as a surrogate in semi-annual audits. The Assistant Project Manager - Global HRIS will be the lead HRIS resource on Success Factors' Goals and Performance module.

Responsibilities
• Supports the Sr. Manager, Global HRIS to define and develop business requirements, re-engineer current processes, and implement tools to support Human Resources initiatives in PeopleSoft and other Human Resources systems
• Supports HR development initiatives by assisting in the:
◦ Collection and documentation of business requirements from HR business partners
◦ Design and execution of test scripts where applicable
◦ Collection of signoff from HR business partners for implementation
• Submits and expedites all work requests initiated by HRIS
• Assists in supporting all Human Resources administrators on an as-needed basis. Evaluates problems and offers solutions
• Aids in developing and planning system enhancements and future rollouts
• Manages HRIS user access profiles and organizational structural changes
• Designs/maintains operator and query system security
• Communicates system changes, upgrades, and general information to HRIS managers and end-users
• Facilitates Overview and Navigation training in PeopleSoft HRIS in addition to providing ad hoc query guidance for same
• Acts as surrogate to the HRIS Specialist for the preparation and execution of audits
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or Information Systems (or the equivalent HRIS business experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with HRIS strongly preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, SAP Success Factors, and Reporting Tools, e.g., PS Query, XML Publisher
