Overview
The position can be located in Wausau, WI or Chicago, IL
As our Digital Account Manager you will be working closely with business partners on the Brand Marketing team and Business Partners across digital functions in our Center of Expertise (COE) the Digital Account Manager will lead and manage Brand digital initiatives across:
• Loyalty + Research
• Performance Marketing
• Site Experience
• Product Management
• Creative + Content
• CRM + Customer Lifecycle Management
• Mobile
Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to drive strategy, execution and growth in our digital initiatives
• Develop strong, deep relationships to serve as a trusted, strategic partner with key stakeholders throughout the business
• Collaborate, develop and manage business plans and marketing campaigns and define strategies and tactics for successful execution
• Coordinate efforts across business functions to ensure objectives are completed
• Present performance data and cohesive marketing plans to Brand Marketing Teams
• Manage workload for Digital Account Coordinators
• Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 year's Account Management experience
• Prior Digital Marketing and/or E-commerce experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• P&L ownership or budget oversight experience preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally, building relationships and working in a matrix environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience working in fast paced environments with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with retail brands a plus
