Coordinator, International & Global Retail & Education, Origins
POSITION OVERVIEW:
•Assists VP, Global Education and VP/GM International with all administrative duties, such as maintenance of calendars, scheduling of meetings, meeting agendas, travel arrangements and the general duties of running the Global Education and International.
•Assists VP/GM International and VP, Global Education with execution of function-specific projects that include international market/education strategy, analysis and presentations, etc.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Assists VP, Global Education and VP/GM, International in all administrative duties such as:
•Schedules meetings, maintains calendars, creates meeting agendas and prepares materials needed for meetings.
•Manages financial expense administration and processing of Corporate GERS reports.
•Works directly with Travel Department to coordinate all travel and hotel arrangements.
•Coordinates conference calls, meeting rooms, Microsoft Lync meetings and catering as required.
•Assists VP, Global Education and VP/GM, International in preparation of presentations.
•Coordinate preparation of materials needed presentations at Global, Regional and NA Sales Meetings as well as NY office orientations.
Education function responsibilities:
•Assists the Vice President, Global Education with the execution of specific education projects such as analysis of Guide Productivity, Accreditation results and Turnover.
•Assists the Global Education Team in the development and maintenance of the International Planning Guide.
•Handles the processing of all invoices for Global Education Department.
•Responsible for the on-going maintenance and distribution of Origins Global Education Program Calendar and Global Education/Regional Listing.
•Oversees the maintenance of the Origins Education Product Closet and no-charge budget.
•Assists Global Education Team on special projects as needed and to ensure proper and timely completion of all projects for Vice President.
•Collates market recaps for Global Productivity Report on a quarterly basis.
•Processes and tracks re-bills for chargebacks to markets from Global Education.
•Assists with administrative responsibilities on execution of Global Stars Program.
International function responsibilities:
•Assists the Vice President/GM International with the execution of specific international projects such as new market launch strategy, competitive analysis and presentations.
•Helps perform analysis and reports critical to the formulation of International plans.
•Helps prepare new country/market launches by gathering market data, coordinating information and communication between global, region, and launch market.
•Assists VP in preparation and coordination of international meetings/retailer visits
•Assists in the management of the International budget such as T&E, Gratis, purchase orders, invoicing and market re-bills.
•Handles coordination of monthly retail sales and retail KPI reporting.
•Conducts ad-hoc analysis assigned by VP
•Maintains flow of information and communication with markets in VP’s absence
•Maintains International Bulletin on a monthly basis
•Conducts monthly retail run rate and net sales commentary reports
•Maintains and ensures accuracy of information on Door Profiles report on a monthly basis
•Handles issues and special requests from affiliates
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Position requires minimum of 1 year related experience.
•College or university degree preferred.
•Strong attention to detail, problem solving, organization and time management skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
•Proficient skills in all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Must possess excellent communication, follow-up, and solid interpersonal skills.
