JOB TITLE: Senor Marketing Manager
ROLE:
The Senior Marketing Manager is a key member of the SkinCeuticals US marketing team, liaising closely with sales, CSR teams, logistics, PR, education and training, and outside vendors in support of programs, events, and product launches to drive the success of our domestic business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter possessing a high level of energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrated problem solving abilities. Existing skincare knowledge or a high level of interest in this métier is key to success. Interest in professional skincare and aesthetics market, a plus. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
The responsibilities of the senior marketing manager involve a variety of tasks that span channel marketing, sales support, and special event projects. The on-going accountabilities of this role are listed, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
• Develop and analyze business data, understand and begin to articulate category knowledge
Track, analyze and report on the impact of promotional and launch activities
Contribute to drawing conclusions and recommendations based on analysis
Forecast and work with demand planning on business
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES
• Create and execute of new product launch strategies on-line and off-line
Drive the timely execution of all new product launches to the channel
Develop strategy and marketing plans for category and pillar products to drive existing business
PROMOTIONS and PROGRAMS
• Identify new marketing opportunities to support the channel via promotions and programs through market and competitive analysis
Contribute ideas leading to the strategy behind promotions and programs
Drive the timely execution of all promotional support materials
Lead cross-functional collaboration on strategy with training, medical relations, business development, digital and PR/social
SALES SUPPORT
• Develop close relationships with sales force to better understand their needs, drivers of success within the channel, anticipate business and product innovation trends
Help manage revolving AE panel from the sales force to ensure strong communication between sales and marketing
Helps coordinate delivery of promotional materials, product information, scientific abstracts, and other updated sales materials
