Responsibilities
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Buying to...
• Coordinate and maintain buying touchpoints with key cross-functional partners: Allocations, Planning, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Store Operations and Merchandising
• Partner with cross functional teams to aid in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies including ecommerce, visual, and operations teams
• Build, maintain and use sales reporting to develop an in-depth understanding of product performance and customer base to develop action plans
• Maintain and enter all PO’s, price changes and data management
• Coordinate samples
• Monitor and track receipt flow of the open-to-buy forecast
• Track purchase orders and vendor inventory files in an excel document to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
• Develop and maintain relationships and follow-throughs with cross-functional teams
