Loyalty Marketing Manager - Testing & Optimization

Foot Locker, Inc. is the world's leading retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel. Our brands include Foot Locker, Champs Sports, Footaction, Kids Footlocker, Lady Footlocker, Eastbay, and SIX:02. We are going through a Marketing and Digital Transformation and are looking for someone to join our Loyalty team.
We are seeking a talented Loyalty Marketing Manager – Testing and Optimization to join the growing Loyalty team within the Global Digital Marketing organization working across the Foot Locker brand portfolio. In this role, the Manager will be responsible for helping the redevelopment of Foot Locker Inc.’s customer loyalty program by managing the loyalty integration with Foot Locker’s family of brands and optimizing loyalty strategy through a variety of organic and paid marketing channels, sourcing/developing creative and marketing campaign assets, and managing marketing communications analytics for the loyalty program. You will partner with other functions to gather data and insights on campaign performance, test new creative concepts, and optimize performance through testing measures.
This is a high-profile position with senior-level visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong analytic and creative skills, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think ‘start-up’ within the organization). A passion for putting the customer first is a must, and experience with loyalty programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with Foot Locker brand teams to improve loyalty integration into Omni-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, brand emails, events, and social media campaigns.)
• Work closely with marketing teams across retail brands to ensure alignment with brand equity, voice and storytelling priorities and develop an integrated loyalty marketing calendar in coordination with priority product events/launches
• Collaborate across the business to bring the vision to life (i.e. Data/Analytics, Technology, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)
• Develop loyalty creative assets as needed for web, social, in-store, email etc.
• Partner with internal brand teams and customer experience team to improve the program’s creative testing programs in email, social media, signage, and more to optimize marketing.
• Partner with data and analytics team to get reports and campaign metrics for reporting and analysis
• Partner with Paid Media team to execute A/B testing, measure campaign KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
• Build creative capability internally and with partners to drive enrollments in and engagement with the loyalty program.
• Collaborate with CRM team to build and execute A/B testing and new creative strategies to grow and strengthen the program, including seamless integration into communications across the customer journey.
• Perform periodic and post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategies. Regular analytics, results reporting and insights to loyalty team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years' of experience in Marketing
• Directo to Consumer Marketing experience a plus
• A/B Creative Marketing Testing experience a plus
• Strong Analytical skills needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative spirit and relationship-builder both externall and internally
• Strong Excel & PPT Skills
• Global experience a plus
