The Brand Marketing Program Manager develops brand marketing strategies along with acquisition and loyalty campaigns across all Orvis channels. This role drives business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities, developing marketing strategies to reach them, and executing on them with excellence in collaboration with internal partners.

Who you will be working with:
The Brand Marketing Program manager is a key role on the Omni-Channel Marketing team, and works directly with colleagues in Digital, Social/PR, Retail, Measured Media and Customer Care Marketing roles. The role reports directly to the Manager of Brand & Campaign Marketing and subsequently to the Director of Omni-Channel Marketing. This role will collaborate and lead through others including Marketing program owners, Creative, Finance, and User Experience teams.
Things you will be working on:
• In partnership with Marketing leadership, deliver Marketing campaign plans to support priority Brand stories through owned channels, measured media and partnerships.
• Support Brand initiative planning through participation and feedback in exploration and discovery of branding concepts and materials.
• Create and drive omni-channel execution of annual Marketing plans including specific campaigns designed to: (a) increase engagement and acquisition of customers who fit Orvis’ best customer profile, and (b) create repurchase and loyalty from those best customers.
Qualifications that will ensure you hit the ground running:
• 5 years’ work experience in a Marketing strategy role working with premium brands
• Demonstrated knowledge of Marketing campaign development and leadership
• Demonstrated understanding of project managing cross-functional teams through multi-stage initiatives
• High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail; comfort with analytical toolsets
• Written and verbal communication skills that are demonstrated to be effective across all levels of an organization
Qualifications and skills we hope you will have:
• 3 years’ work experience in a multi-channel retail company with demonstrated knowledge of industry, channels and customers
• Experience within an external agency setting
• Demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level presentations of campaigns, and analysis of project investments/impact
• Leadership by example in developing a culture that is consistent with Orvis Core Values
