POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR PMO or Project Coordinator who will bring support, clarity, organization and above all else, personality to our Human Resources team. It is important to us this person has the energy and desire to aid in the execution of all activities that are deemed necessary to execute projects and programs. This person is also someone who is capable of driving success even with a wide range of diverse responsibilities anywhere between managing program logistics and partnering with other areas of HR.
The successful candidate should have a strong interest in human resources generalist work and project coordination activities. The HR Project Coordinator will hold strong communication and analytical skills, presentation and organizational skills, as well as be self-motivated, an innovative thinker and possess the ability to work independently.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination
• Solid writing skills and ability to express/present clearly and effectively.
• Communicates important information in a timely manner; listens and seeks to understand.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and when to use them.
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; ability to capture key deliverables, outcome, action items and synthesize into timely and effective minutes.

• Looks beyond the obvious to see hidden problems or opportunities for improvement and can project how potential ideas may play out.
• Adapts to changing business conditions and is open to new ideas and new methods.
Detail-oriented
• Has pride in completing projects and tasks on-time with the highest quality standards.

POSITION QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree, however a combination of college education and related work experience may be used as a substitute
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working in a relevant position
• Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities
• Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
• Expert knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an adaptable to change
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
• Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.
