Here’s what you will do all summer!
Digital Customer Marketing (DCM) is a centralized direct marketing function responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of a high volume of customer contacts via the email channel. The Email Marketing Intern will support the broader Email Marketing team with various tasks that will focus on process, efficiency and documentation. As a Digital Marketing Intern this summer you will:
-Build a comprehensive automated email look book
-Audit automated email programs in order to isolate and solve for inconsistencies
-Compose ad hoc email process documentation
-Create a visual customer journey board
-Build segmentation trees using customer data
-Put together email file trend analysis
-Troubleshoot and effectively resolve Customer Service tickets
Here’s what you need to get the work done
-Graduate student with one year or less left to graduate in Marketing, Business or related degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Experience with email service platform
-Experience with SQL, Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Self-starter with proven ability to learn quickly and be resourceful in an ambiguous environment
-Ability to juggle multiple, competing, high priority projects
-Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
-Team player with strong intrapersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse team
