Overview
Anthropologie is seeking a passionate, creative & detail-oriented Production Designer to join our Digital Creative Team. The Digital Production Designer will assist the creative team in graphic production for promotional collateral across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will:
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates an abilty to layout messaging with a strong understanding of typography, informational hierarchy, and compostion.
• Have experience with the production of various digital assets and file types.
• Be highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be deadline and detail-oriented —they thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Be open to integrating feedback accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Design and assist in the production of assets for digital content which include homepages, landing pages, emails, and banners for both web and app.
• Work collaboratively & iteratively with art directors, designers, copywriters and developers to execute and deliver clear, organized content.
• Work within brand guidelines where applicable, ensure creative is aligned across all platforms.
• Design within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Create high-quality digital deliverables, demonstrating the ability to balance design aesthetics with technical platform capabilities.
• Maintain responsibility for projects from creative hand-off through final delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Manage tasks using Basecamp, Slack, Google Docs.
• Create PDFs for internal review.
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of digital production experience at an agency, publisher or brand.
• Highly skilled and efficient in the use of Adobe CS Suite.
• Experience and understanding of responsive design.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media Design, Fine Arts or related field is desired.
