Anthropologie: Assistant Product Development and Production Coordinator- Home Tabletop
Reports to
Product Development and Production Coordinator
Objective
Deliver aesthetically correct samples that meet Design’s vision while supporting Design’s needs and business requirements. Position also requires creating and maintaining files and reports.
Responsibilities
• Track, push, and update all phases of the developments in Collaborative Development Work In Progress (WIP) report.
• Provide technical communication and related follow-ups to each artwork with vendors. Ensure all vendors receive packages and are clear on development details.
• Proactively document and represent vendor’s comments throughout Product Development process in all relevant meetings.
• Partner with cross functional partners and vendor partners to ensure seamless development processes are maintained.
• Define and address problems, issues and concerns with product coordinators.
• Compose seasonal vendor development emails to ensure they arrive in-house on time for the appropriate meetings.
• Maintain development files so they are organized, updated, and easily accessible.
• Organize & check the weekly packages.
• Comment on/approve developments after proto review and finalization meetings.
• Review & comment on Top of Production Samples (TOPS).
• Follow up on Production Information (PI) sheets and check for accuracy. Assist in updating Purchase order hand off with PI updates.
• PR and photo shoot samples: follow ups to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with vendors as well as Design, Buying, and Artist Collaboration Teams.
• Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
• Attention to detail and strong memorization skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Interiors, Business, Fashion or a related field.
