Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting
• Own and manage corporate replenishment planning, inventory management and assortment planning for over 200+ skus
• Manage replenishment by optimizing inventory turns: replenishment forecasting and excess liquidation
• Communicate with channel planners to ensure projection accuracy
• Manage inventory forecast at the brand, sku and account level to anticipate trends
• Provide forecast to supply chain and line plan partners
• Partner and collaborate with production and account services on order creation details and system reconciliation for replenishment
• Act as the liaison between commercial teams (specialty, ecom, outlet, japan, international, wholesale buying and sales)and production & merchandising teams
Inventory
• Manage the monthly global open-to-buy inventory roll up
• Responsible for analyzing inventory and reporting metrics that drive purchase recommendations
• Aggregate global financial planning
• Pre season create visibility to production and merchandising of divisional and departmental plans to support the development of the line.
• Partner with logistics and supply chain to manage receipts, in-transits and future forecasts
• Manage the transfers of inventory across physical and virtual warehouse to support commercial business needs
Qualifications
An outstanding professional will have...
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 3-5 years experience in a planning or inventory management roll for a multi channel business
• Self-starter who takes initiative and displays a strong sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to use influence to drive business results
• Strong computer skills, advanced microsoft excel
• Strong math skills – retail math a plus
• Ability to problem solve
