Primary Purpose
Fanatics, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and detail oriented individual to join our digital marketing team. The Marketing Associate will join a high performing and collaborative team of digital marketing professionals and will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of paid search marketing. This is a great opportunity for a passionate, fast learner to join a high growth company and learn from a team of talented and analytical individuals on how to manage a complex paid search portfolio at scale. The candidate must enjoy creating reports and analyzing trends on a daily basis. The ideal candidate would have experience working with major search, social or display re-targeting platforms. They should be highly analytical and goal oriented. The candidate should also like working in a fast paced environment. Keeping up with pro and collegiate sports is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Create campaigns, optimize ads and keywords to efficiently drive revenue
• Maintain clear records of changes, and keep all relevant stakeholders informed.
• Understanding of sporting events and news and how to quickly pivot campaigns to drive revenue and cut costs
• Manage tests end to end, including test design, launch and optimize, analyze results, share conclusions with stakeholders, and implement any finding in ongoing best practices. Generate daily reports, identify and resolve or escalate data issues.
• Analyze performance daily, and make bidding decisions to optimize the paid search portfolio real time.
• Routine deep dives to optimize performance on all major dimensions, including device, team, department etc.
• Collaborate with technology team to continuously improve reports and platforms used for paid search optimization.
Education and Experience Requirements

• Strong commitment to learn digital marketing techniques and strategies

• Familiar with Microsoft Office products - especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to help launch advertising during major sporting events, and peak shopping season (i.e. College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
