Purpose:
This passionate individual is relentlessly focused on the creation, selling and execution of account specific, marketing plans that support both the Reebok brand and account specific business objectives. Applying a hands-on approach, this role will lead driving sell in and sell through at key trend accounts. Working closely with sales, concept-to-consumer, and US Marketing services, this leader will build fully integrated marketing plans to help drive Reebok footwear and apparel sales at trend-based national and regional accounts.
Key Accountabilities:
• Support sales objectives and drive sell in/sell through of products for designated account base through multiple marketing tactics. Including digital, social media, experiential activations, consumer promotions, sales associate contests, in-store merchandising concepts, content creation, event/grassroots marketing, and field team support.
• Account Management of key Trend accounts. Own the marketing relationship and establish brand direction to maintain relationship as a winning account. Have a key understanding of all the opportunities available through accounts and which pieces will best impact sell through.
• Complete account activation and campaign management – includes planning through the execution. Track success of implemented activation plans and adjust if necessary.
• Manage designated trade account budget including processing invoices, forecasting, actual reconciliation and year end accruals.
• Present brand direction and account specific marketing plans at key meetings external and internal meetings: Pre Lines, regular account meetings.
• Own content creation by briefing external agencies and working with internal partners. Clearly brief content needs and manage the creation process. Communicate clearly with internal partners and multiple external vendors with regard to all planning and execution of these initiatives.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Need to be laser focused on understanding the trend consumer and what makes them tick.
• Working knowledge of footwear industry trends as well as the competitive landscape.
• Knowledgeable and current on sneaker culture.
• Ability to work under pressure, manages daily deadlines, multiple projects, and work independently
• Strong client/account management skills
• Demonstrate strategic planning skills
• Strong attention to detail and seamless, timely execution of all projects
• Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills

Qualifications:
1. BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline with
2. 2-3 years of related marketing experience.
3. Excellent account management, budget management, analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
4. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Must be able to develop and manage projects and budgets.
6. Attention to detail and solid execution skills are a must.
7. Travel 15-20%.
