Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
Brand Building Digital Execution
• Leverage consumer insight as well as digital know-how to recommend brand building digital executions for Sanuk.
• Develop and implement strategy across multiple digital disciplines including social media, digital creative, content production, eCRM, mobile and emerging spaces.
• Drive content strategy & calendar based on consumer & digital insights.
• Collaborate with entire brand team and brand partners to collect and develop content to disseminate on social media outlets, online advertising, Sanuk.com, wholesale eComm sites and online partners/influencers.
Manage Agency Relationships
• Manages relationships with Digital/Social agency to deliver multiple inter-dependent timelines and produce online initiatives.
• Develop and distribute documentation of project information with internal and external groups.
Project & Promotion Execution
• Monitors the timely execution of projects and promotions, as well as project effectiveness.
• Elicits two-way communication with internal customers to maximize focus and efficiency of marketing efforts in the digital space.
Content Management
• Manage and develop strategy for video/editorial/photography/user-generated content on digital outlets in the social space (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Vimeo, blog, partner channels, etc.).
• Briefs all digital asset needs for the Sanuk brand.
Online Platform Management
• Approve and manage the content editorial and experiential development for our online platforms.
• Monitors best of class in digital spaces (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, blog, etc.) for adoption into the brand’s plan.
• Remains on leading edge of emerging media and introduce new innovations to drive brand experience, traffic and conversation.
Digital & Ecommerce Partnership
• Ensure the brand’s digital presence is consistent and correct across digital platforms with regard to web design, email campaigns and content.
• Develops content calendars Sanuk.com to create seamless integration of digital marketing and ecommerce.
Global Leadership
• Approve and provide feedback on regional markets digital executions to bring them in-line with global strategy and style guides.
Media Support
• In partnership with marketing managers, advise on placement/execution of paid digital media for maximum effectiveness/reach.
Insights
• Assists in monitoring demographic factors and consumer insights on digital channels so that changing market opportunities are recognized, exploited and built into future plans.
• Track and report relevant analytical data from social channels to brand team on quarterly/project-end basis.
Education & Experience
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with marketing focus
• 7-10 years experience in digital space
• Online and social media marketing knowledge necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and project management
• Experience with social media platforms
• Knowledge of HTML
• Knowledge of web analytics
• Knowledge of ecommerce
• Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Experience in footwear industry preferred
