LOCATION: Manhattan Beach, CA
THE PURPOSE:
To advocate for True Religion through interacting and communicating with all followers on True Religion social channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter; and YouTube.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
• Align with Social Media Manager on social strategy, execution and reporting
• Oversee and manage social calendar: postings, scheduling, content, etc
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries regarding product, orders, shipments, returns, general questions about the brand (including weekends)
• Direct Message Patrol: open and respond to all messages
• Follower Relations: “like” and “comment” on all UGC posts that tag @truereligion and our branded hashtag on a daily basis
• High-Profile Interaction: “like” and “comment” on posts from celebrities, top influencers, relevant media accounts
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Order/ship product on a daily basis
YOU ARE:
• Social media savvy with a customer service state of mind
• Understanding of the True Religion voice and have the ability to communicate effectively in a fun and friendly manner
• (have) a strong knowledge of influencers, celebrities and pop culture references

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• BA in Communications, Fashion or Business
• Minimum 1-year experience in social media
• Highly competent on the technical attributes of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Google Drive, iPhone apps and ability to learn new programs
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing and/or retail customer service
• An obsession with social media, specifically Instagram
• A creative writer who understands colloquial, millennial jargon and pop-culture relevant slang
