Global Digital Marketing Manager - OPI

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are actively looking for our future Global Digital Marketing Manager for OPI nail polish at Coty Professional beauty. This person should be well versed in Google Analytics, have previous experience in email marketing list management and be familiar with eCRM and social insights platforms (Sprinklr, Hootsuite).
The ideal candidate will be able to establish full reporting across the website, digital marketing channels, social and micro influencer for the US as our pilot market. They will establish, test and iterate approach to roll out learnings for all our top markets to create a consolidated data view.
Responsibilities:
• With the support of a media buying agency, lead the global digital marketing strategy for OPI and develop a central solution to run search and performance media centrally to build awareness and sales in our local markets
• Develop and maintain digital marketing guidelines to give digital marketing guidance to franchise markets
• Own end-to-end email marketing process for pilot market (USA) and build eCRM strategy and playbook for local markets, with the view to drive digital sales and customer loyalty.
• Work with the social team to leverage the micro-influencer program to drive awareness and sales, and incorporate best practice in digital marketing guidelines for the market
• Take ownership of digital analytics platform (GA, Qubit) ensuring all platforms are tracking properly and data is processed in an automated, easy to read format for all key digital stakeholders purposes.
• Own relationship with analytics agency and work with them to build analytics strategy and playbook to give to the markets
• Establish global reporting template on eCommerce, website performance, UX, app and social, roll this out to top Coty-owned markets, and own global monthly reporting for OPI Digital
• Support the social and creative team with content reporting, by reporting on how our content performs with a focus on social, to inform content creation, budget allocation and social reach
• Support eCommerce manager to develop effective trading reporting from various product, category and customer perspectives with top focus to drive incremental sales for the business.
• Partnering with platform experience and social teams, develop test and learn actionable program to constantly optimize user/shopper experience and drive value per channel/device (website, app, social).
• Own ad hoc insights projects and constantly be on the lookout for growth opportunities
• Develop test and learn program with view to fail fast or win big to explode brand growth across all digital verticals.
• Be the guardian of OPI data and work with Coty central eCRM and legal team to make sure our gathering and manipulation of data is always compliant with regulations, and any required changes are implemented swiftly to minimize risks of financial penalty.
• Ideally have experience in simplifying complex information and explaining findings, outcomes and presenting insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders to reach commercial goals.
THE COTY IDEAL FIT
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.
• Google Analytics proficient, certified a plus.
• Email marketing or eCRM experience.
• 3+ years of business experience in the private industry (CPG preferred), with demonstrated ability to lead and deliver strong results.
• Strong computer skills particularly MS Office (Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are necessary).
• Experience with Sprinklr and Qubit UV is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, deal with diverse levels of personnel in a multi-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently, under general direction, and create organized work plans and output requirements timely.
• Demonstrate creative thinking, entrepreneurial spirit and good business judgment.
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task, have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels of management.
