Director, Global Brand Integrated Communications, Bobbi Brown
OBJECTIVE:
Oversee the strategy, deployment and execution of the Global Communications efforts and Influencer Partnerships for Bobbi Brown. Identify, implement and maximize traditional and non-traditional visibility opportunities to drive the brand equity forward and support new product launches and campaigns across the brand’s 75+ countries
•Ideate and manage the development of Global Communications & Influencer Partnerships for all launches ensuring holistic strategies in collaboration with Global Social Media/Consumer Engagement and alignment with senior leaders to ensure programs are brought to life in a holistic way.
•Work closely with VP to build and execute influencer strategy globally. Align key functions in NY office and in the regions. Identify, recruit and solidify influencer activations for campaigns including drafting contracts, content briefs and creative influencer mailings.
•Liaise with International Markets’ CE/PR teams to understand their needs, strengthen their local launch plans and further develop their talent and social media acumen in accordance with global communications strategy and investment challenges.
•Each fiscal, take brand global communications & influencer strategy and work closely with Regionals to craft regional specific communication plans that will drive their region specific business goals
•Create and identify KPIs based on goals. Track and measure ROI for continued success, including leading new metrics partners such as Tribe Dynamics, Snythesio and Asia counterparts
•To uncover and develop strategic plans for underdeveloped PR opportunities for Bobbi Brown, i.e., global Beauty Team Make Up Artists. Build their capabilities and social reach via social media education, media training, etc.
•To create and present highly engaging presentations on GC and influencer strategies and results for brand management meetings, global roundtables and conferences
•Partner with VP to conceptualize, negotiate and sell in appropriate talent and fashion partnerships (Fashion Week) and product/content collaborations to drive desirability and relevancy.
•Manage the global PR budget, and meet with the finance team on a regular basis to ensure the budget is effectively accounted for. Create annual budget guidelines for markets.
•Function as steward to manage global crisis and issues collaborating with legal, Corporate Communications and Bobbi Brown executive team
•Foster strong collaborative relationships with key global, regional and market leads of Bobbi Brown and Affiliates in particular, Consumer Engagement, Global Marketing, Global Social Media and E-Commerce, Artistry, Global Product Development, Affiliate Regional and Brand Managers and PR Managers
•Manage Assistant Manager, Global Communications
•Mentor and council junior PR/CE Managers on influencer marketing
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of Public Relations and Global Communications experience, with a strong background of communications and influencer marketing. Keen understanding of the international influencer and media landscape. Bachelor of Arts degree preferably in Communications, English or Journalism. Strong writing skills, excellent presentation and communication skills. Must be organized, creative, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple projects and possess a strong passion for and understanding of the luxury, beauty and fashion industry.
