POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for developing and leading Omnichannel marketing activities to drive sales, engage existing and acquire new customers as we seek to increase market share, while building on our clear brand position to support women with balanced solutions.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drives both short and long-term brand marketing strategy, global brand management initiatives, and customer insight generation/analysis that align with business objectives and the brand promise.
• Responsible for the synergy of all brand touch points and external marketing campaigns.
• Directs brand's annual marketing spend utilizing marketing mix modeling and optimization strategies to deliver against ROI targets.
• Drives advertising and promotion strategies and leads the execution of these plans- ensuring consistencies and the right look, tone and feel across the full mix of traditional and digital media.
• Partners with brand president to continually update and optimize integrated marketing strategy and support new avenues for growth.
• Leads strategic development of the analysis and interpretation of customer data and insights that shape our marketing activities.
• Develops and implements visual merchandising strategy that elevates the brand, improves the customer experience and maximizes productivity of our stores.
• Drives the direction for public relations and social media initiatives that support the brand position and aid in increasing brand awareness and consideration.
• Evaluates and executes opportunities for partnerships.
• Continues to nurture a collaborative and customer oriented Marketing community cross-functionally and across our family of brands, sharing and leveraging best practices.
• Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team. Leads the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best while delivering results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4-year degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred
• 12+ years marketing experience with a history of successful brand management and equity building in retail/wholesale or specialty apparel
• Digitally-driven leader who leverages all channels to create a seamless customer experience of the brand
• Proven strategic, creative and out of the box thinker who can bring innovative concepts on new ways to engage and attract customers to the brand
• Proven track record of executing initiatives across a variety of marketing channels
• Proven track record on building cooperative, productive relationships with internal business partners, Executive Leadership Team and external vendors
• Ability to navigate an organization and build consensus
• Must be a highly organized multi-tasker with a proven time management/prioritization track record
• Proven ability to successfully design, develop and measure customer outreach programs
• Regular store travel involved
