Organizational Structure
The Visual Merchandising Coordinator reports directly to the Visual Merchandising Manager.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the Vince visual merchandising standards within assigned stores
• Communicate and deliver all brand appropriate material to store management (i.e. seasonal packets on product knowledge)
• Ensure the sales staff has accurate knowledge of the up-to-date company display standards and merchandising strategies.
• Plan, prep and install based on design directive given by the merchandising team.
• Communicate regularly with store management and the visual merchandising team regarding merchandising initiatives, display standards and installations.
• Coordinate store visits within store rotation and territory
• Communicate business with store management and specialists; develop strategies and lead execution to drive sales
• Assist in the planning and execution of store events
• Host store requested events and assist in the planning and execution
• Coordinate shipping of display materials as needed
Qualifications
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant visual merchandising experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team
• Must be able to multitask
• Must have strong business acumen
• Must be able to travel locally up to 80% of the time, with potential for trips to other markets.
• Must be flexible to change schedule with little advanced notice
• Must be able to work some Saturday’s based on business needs and store events
Compensation
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive compensation package which may include short and/or long term incentives, clothing allowance, and merchandise discount, in addition to base salary and full health and welfare benefits.
