Job Summary:
The Director of Loyalty Marketing will be responsible for all marketing and digital efforts for the Professional Products Division (PPD) unified loyalty program, Level Loyalty Rewards. Incumbent will design and execute all marketing efforts to drive enrollment and activation once a customer has joined the program. Build segmentation strategies to develop different marketing offers and messages to various groups/tiers in program. Work with all brand marketing teams to incorporate Level efforts into their existing marketing efforts, as well and lead creation of specific program designed for Level. Work with our email vendor (Exact Target) to establish all emails/email templates, scheduling and testing of all emails, development of personalization in messages to members, and customer journeys. Communicate with our loyalty vendor (500Friends) to set-up and execute all promos and ensure accurate calculation of all points promotions. Director will need to develop strategies and offers to create a ‘test and learn’ environment to drive the most revenue for program. They will need to maintain all updates to the program web site, including changes made to items in the online reward catalog. Work closely with Field Sales and Store teams to drive enrollments, and how to best use program as a sales tool for existing members. Work with Creative group to develop all emails, direct mail, store signage, program collateral, training materials, PR, and other program creatives for special events.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years relevant CRM/loyalty experience, with some beauty industry experience
Ability to create and socialize marketing program plans
Be point of contact for brands for program questions
Ability to identify, communicate and inspire an organization around building CRM/loyalty roadmap
Must have direct marketing campaign management experience
Must have strong knowledge of best practices as relates to email, DM, data acquisition and progressive segmentation
Understanding of CRM KPIs for email, DM, and other digital marketing tools
Affinity for building partnerships with other teams and business units
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to easily adapt to change
Highly motivated and capable of managing and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for our customers and always thinking of how things impact them
Strong communication and listening skills - both verbal and written
Excellent organization skills, strong attention to details
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Judgment and Decision Making:
Strong presentation skills required and a particular aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders. Excellent teamwork skills required. This person needs to be a facilitator and collaborator with ability to work in fast-paced environment. Candidate should have the ability to work closely with a diverse group of individuals of various functional disciplines. They must possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
