Job Title: Manager, Social Media (Content and Influencers)

Job Summary:
The Manager, Social Media, is responsible for driving the successful creative ideation and execution of branded content campaigns through influencer marketing, around product launches and evergreen.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of go-to market influencer content plans, i.e. budget forecasting, talent pricing, content flighting, creative guidelines and scheduling
• Develop and manage an editorial content schedule, across both Kiehl’s and influencer channels
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, style and tone, SEO optimization and deadlines across all earned content
• Vet, source, maintain and grow relationships with key social influencers and influencer agencies; continually update rosters and promote new talent and upcoming partnerships.
• Maintain a database of social influencer campaign results, and promote insights quarterly.
• Live influencer content for PR related events, retail/VIP events, etc.
Experience, Competencies and Physical Requirements:
• Business Degree in related field preferred
3-5+ years of experience in campaign, influencer, content, editorial management or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including both speaking, presenting and listening
Extremely well organized; able to effectively multitask while maintaining professionalism and composure
Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands and priorities in a very fast-paced environment
Strong administrative and leadership skills to maintain high standards and coordinate staff effectively
Flexible, diplomatic, detail oriented style with professional, positive manner
Self-starter with a high level of professionalism and demonstrated initiative, judgment, decisiveness, confidence and discretion.
Excellent problem solving ability
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer etc) more than 90% of the day.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Ability to travel when needed
