Job Description
POSITION TITLE: CEM Specialist
POSITION PURPOSE:
Assist Customer Experience Management (CEM) team in designing and executing cohesive customer-centric initiatives, across web, mobile, social, email, and store channels. Interface cross-functionally across the E-Commerce marketing unit and become an advocate for the unified customer experience vision with all stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate the execution of CEM campaigns and strategic initiatives. Help drive and manage projects through the internal project workflow in an efficient manner, ensuring deadlines are met and CEM goals & standards are upheld.
Organize all events and initiatives to ensure each one is included on team calendars, charts and other visuals for us to share with all stakeholders. Maintain all calendars to ensure they accurately reflect the latest team projects and account for the performance of executed campaigns.
Build strong working relationships laterally across silos in all areas of the business. Liaise with each stakeholder to ensure concepts, data, and assets are vetted and delivered in a timely manner, as per project specs.
Participate in CEM team meetings and share ideas for projects, which have maximum impact and align with strategic goals. Build strong working knowledge of CEM initiatives and their performance, to help represent team interests with other Ecommerce marketing silos and departments.
Support CEM team in additional ad hoc CEM-related tasks. Attend all CEM team meetings and other department meetings as required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
