Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Directing and coordinating all activities for taking and replenishment team
• Monitoring work schedules to ensure that personnel are utilized in an efficient manner
• Training new associates on tasking and active fill SOP and RF equipment
• Must be able to operate material handling equipment as necessary, not to exceed 50% of job duties
◦ If not currently certified on driving forklift equipment then certification will be provided
• Must be able to be perform the duties of a working lead during times of low volume
• Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area
• Ensuring all safety guidelines are being followed within the Distribution Center to prevent incidents
• Lead and motivate warehouse team to deliver high levels of safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinating multiple priorities and ensuring each project is completed on-time
Essential Skills:
• Leadership abilities: must be able to lead people and have experience in leadership role
• Oversee employees and ensure that the prescribed function of the positions are being met
• Strong functional experience in WM system
• Ability to identify and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to motivate and stay focused
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Time management
• Punctual and reliable
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience including warehouse, inventory management and use of RF scanners
• Ability to work a second shift schedule based on business need
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to all level of Management
• Ability to identify and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds – Proper lifting techniques required

• Frequent grasping, pushing, pulling, fine manipulation and repetitive hand movements
