Senior Digital Marketing Analyst
Responsible for supporting digital marketing and ecommerce managers by analyzing, researching and attributing effectiveness of omni channel campaigns. Reporting to the VP of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing, the role of the Sr Digital Marketing Analyst is to provide reporting, analytics, and actionable insights that support the development and strategy for PEI’s digital business activities in marketing and e-commerce.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Have an in-depth knowledge of all segments of both the E-Commerce Analytics and Digital Marketing platform platform in order to actionable takeaways to business users.
• Ensure data consistency by researching anomalies between platforms and attribution models.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy of digital campaigns.
• Provide thought leadership in all areas of digital analytics and campaign optimization.
• Identify business problems that can be solved using advanced analytical techniques.
• Provide recommendations and insights on marketing channel opportunities.
• Leverage Excel to provide ad-hoc analysis and feedback .
• Bridge the gap between Financial Planning, Marketing and BI.
• Stay updated of industry trends around web and mobile digital analytics and provide subject matter expertise.
• Summarize large datasets into insightful, actionable recommendations.
• Analyze marketing campaign attribution models on both online & offline customer behavior.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or related field.Familiarity with basic HTML and tagging standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field required. Quantitative science a plus.
• Experience with project management systems such as Basecamp.
• Experience with omni-channel attribution.
• Strong quantitative & analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to articulate concepts and takeaways to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform required.
• Familiarity with Demandware Ecommerce or similar platform required.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish Native Fluency required.
