The Product Content Creation Team is an integral part of Fanatics. We’re committed to creating the best customer experience through delivering and maintaining high-quality product content for the fan. Our team collaborates daily with Merchandising, Marketing, Tech and Business Management teams. We take pride in creating a fun, casual and supportive environment. We are for fans, by fans and strive to maintain the highest standards across the different phases of our product cycles.
Your responsibilities as a Sr. Manager of the Las Vegas Studio include:
• Managing a cross functional team that includes a photo studio and content teams.
• Recruiting, training and developing the team to achieve daily SLA’s.
• Facilitate employee and team development that looks beyond the daily goals
• Prioritize work based on studio capacity and launch requirements.
• Partner with warehouse fulfillment, merchandising, marketing and customer service teams to ensure products are correctly built to follow Fanatics standards.
• Maintain inventory integrity while managing a multi workflow environment.
• Communicate and manage relationships with vendors.
• Ensure to partner with Director to manage the fiscal budget.

• Able to demonstrate adaptability and promotes continues learning
• An individual that can consume data and identify opportunities
We’re excited about you because you:
• Have at least 5-7 years of management experience
• Preferably with experience in digital photography, E-Commerce and /or content creation.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to effectively influence and lead large cross functional teams comprising numerous business disciplines
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Have the ability to handle high work volumes and multi task
• Ability to delegate responsibility and authority to maximize use of employee’s skill
