Marketing Manager, US Marketing (philosophy)

ROLE PURPOSE
We are actively looking for our Merchandising & Promotions Manager to be based in Miami. Your primary role will be to lead merchandising activities in TR Americas, focusing on the North America region.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Help philosophy gain market share by supporting the US marketing team and delivering best-in-class marketing strategy and execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive the growth of key of the philosophy skincare portfolio. In this role you will help:
◦ Create and execute sustainable, consumer-centric growth plans activating all aspects of the marketing mix.
◦ Directly collaborate with the assigned retailer and the Key Account Team
◦ Successfully launch new products: from the strategy development to execution.
◦ Perform regular business analysis including weekly and monthly business reviews, as well as ad-hoc analysis of opportunities, threats, best practices, customer specific, strategic framework.
◦ Build in-depth consumer knowledge.
◦ Build in-depth retailer expertise.
◦ Monitor stores, e-commerce and other consumer touch points to keep quickly react to the pulse of business.
◦ Manage the assigned marketing budget
◦ Recommend new product development opportunities.
• Recommend new positioning opportunities.
• Always drive to improve the consumer experience, product and business process.
• Align the multi-channel teams on the key brand and category strategies.
• Effectively collaborate with all internal teams including: Key Account Management sales team, Field sales teams, Global Marketing, Creative, Copywriting, Media planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Packaging, Purchasing, E.Commerce, QVC, Integrated marketing team, Events & Education.
• Effectively collaborate with external partners, including: Retailers, Ad Agencies, Promotional Houses, Media Outlets & Media Partners, and press.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
• 2-3 years of marketing and/or related experience, ideally from the top prestige beauty brand with strong skincare portfolio.
