Summary:
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Digital & GTM Marketing, the Digital Marketing Associate - Teva supports the planning and hands-on execution of Teva’s social media strategies and the brand’s digital marketing efforts across the following channels – all social channels, Teva.com, email, events, strategic partnerships, and digital advertising.
The Digital Marketing Associate is passionate about marketing and social media. This role must have a strong sense of Teva’s target audience, brand voice, and the brand’s creative aesthetic. The ideal candidate is creative, has great interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and is highly capable of executing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketing Associate must also be able to draw insights from key learnings and data and adapt those learnings to the work they manage in order to improve performance and enhance processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not have any direct reports. This role will have high levels of communication with various departments: Marketing, PR, Brand Design, Omnichannel, Ecommerce, Sales, etc. Position works directly with other associates, coordinators, managers, and directors in other departments.
Organizational Relationships:
Works well with all levels of the organization; marketing, PR, Brand Design, Omnichannel, Ecommerce, sales teams, agencies, global business partners and outside vendors. Develops and maintains productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, vendors, and others. Represents the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the overall social strategy for the Brand, including content creation, social activation and storytelling framework. Coordinates communication for global launch plans around key stories and content for the Brand’s social platforms to regional partners. Manages day-to-day social activities including creating, curating, and publishing content for Teva’s social channels (Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat). Supports outreach initiatives to strengthen brand awareness. Maintains social calendar across all channels and prepares adjusted social calendar for Global team members. Supports community management across all social channels in coordination with our Customer Service team. Activities include engaging with and responding to fan questions, comments, and concerns in a timely manner. Coordinates social giveaways, including the development of contest rules, winner selection, and execution of shipments to support brand’s customer acquisition efforts. Writes Creative Briefs for social specific content needs in partnership with the Marketing and Brand Design teams. Manages and tracks all social related projects, working with the team on timelines. Supports Marketing team in execution of digital advertising campaigns.
Monitors social engagement and reporting metrics on a daily basis. Works directly in social media publishing tools to coordinate and monitor all social activity. Uses analytics and performance data to improve fan engagement, content strategies, and consumer sentiment. Collates information for bi-weekly and monthly reporting recaps to be shared with marketing team. Works closely with Sr. Marketing Manager on social content budget and sponsored post opportunities, adjusting social plans as needed
With direction, maintains and establishes relationships with influencers and Teva Brand Ambassador program. In partnership with Marketing and PR teams, develops and executes influencer projects and product seeding. Develops project timelines, creates influencer agreements, and executes projects from start to finish. In partnership with Marketing team and Teva Blog Editor, supports blog editorial planning and integrates Brand Ambassador content into the social calendar. Assists with logistics of influencer and ambassador outreach, logistics, invoicing, photoshoots, and events as needed.
Supports communication and builds relationships with global, regional and market stakeholders to ensure alignment of the global strategies at the local level.
Monitors trends in social media content, tools and strategy and provides updates to Teva Marketing team. Constantly explores and evaluates new social platforms, tools, services and vendors and provide recommendations to Teva Marketing Team.
Education & Experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the required qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree minimum
2+ years of hands-on social media experience, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Understanding of social media metrics and measures of engagement
Strong familiarity of and passion for social media communities and marketing approaches, with an eye towards innovation
Working knowledge of ecommerce site metrics and measures of conversion is a plus
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in Adobe Creative suite is a plus.
Proven success at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Should have a positive, energetic working style
Proven, successful track record in effective process, project, and budget management
Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
Functional Competencies:
