Coordinator, Global Marketing, Le Labo
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a coordinator to join the Global Marketing & Partnerships team, to support global marketing, brand strategy, PR, and brand partnership initiatives.
The position is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, reporting to the director of global marketing.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Update global marketing and innovation calendar; track when key deliverables are due
•Monitor and respond to external email inquiries about potential amenity/retailer partnerships
•Conduct competitive reviews/analysis
•Help develop brand/marketing decks, including product launch overviews, PR/marketing guidelines, etc.
•Assist with developing content for brand strategy and other corporate initiatives and manage logistics for key meetings
•Attend weekly Operations meetings, take notes, and follow up on any required deliverables
•Support PR & Partnerships manager on special initiatives and day-to-day responsibilities, including:
oManaging PR product inventory and shipments
oCollecting and tracking PR mentions/articles, researching media coverage, updating our PR database, and creating press materials and media recap
oHelping to organize PR-related events
oResearching and identifying potential partners (hotels, restaurants, barbershops); managing partnership lists and associated orders
oProducing regular reports to share with the broader global team (partnership updates, PR recap, quarterly internal newsletter)
•Demonstrate 24/7 approach to responsibilities
Qualifications
•College degree required
•0-2 years of experience, ideally in marketing or strategy
•Familiarity with branding/beauty/fashion/entertainment a must
•Exude passion for Le Labo and deeply appreciate and understand the Brand DNA and voice
•Be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindset
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to capture the unique tone of voice and visual cues / codes of the Brand
•Highly developed PowerPoint and Excel skills, with an eye for formatting and presenting information in a digestible way
•Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing quantitative data
•Highly organized and able to manage complex projects; detail oriented
•Strong time management skills
