Description
Establish and manage the processes and timelines that are required to open new Regional markets (Distributors, Affiliates) and new Channels (Specialty/Multi, Department Store, Travel Retail, other) on time in order to meet strategic goals and fiscal year revenue targets.

Finalize the process and timelines as needed for each new market/channel utilizing the Corporate Brand Expansion Process as well as the Aveda New Market Launch Timeline. Highlight concerns and/or new process required to service the new markets beyond launch.
Manage the New Market Launch Process for each new market/channel from identification in Global Brand Strategy through to launch timing.
Responsible for set up of new Travel Retail locations. Responsible for ensuring these locations have appropriate support.
Set up and oversight of first year of existence for LATAM expansisons; continue management of LATAM.
Lead the New Market Launch Process through high-level, cross-functional facilitation with the following key Teams to maintain timing and budget. Identify and negotiate timing and/or financial risks, ensuring that high level risks are escalated to senior management for awareness and/or decision.
Affiliate GM (new market) and/or Regional GM: obtain overall direction for key event timing, seek decisions as needed, and provide awareness of overall timing and risks.
Global / Regional Marketing: confirm launch product lineup for existing products, samples, collaterals, and new product launches.
Regulatory: confirm registration timing for incorporation into overall timeline and confirm related costs.
Creative: ensure Global Creative is aware of / involved as needed.
Global /Regional Brand Finance: confirm approval of Market launch P&L, Distributor agreements, SAP system set up, and highlight any costing/pricing concerns that are raised.
Global Brand / Regional / and Affiliate Supply Chains: confirm distribution/demand network and related system set up, demand visibility, and product availability for on time market launch.
Affiliate Education: incorporate top level timeline for Training needs in new market in order to have all products and materials on time.
Affiliate PR: incoporate top level timeline for launch PR Events in order to have all products and materials on time. .

Qualifications
Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration – MBS (A) preferred
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in Project Management (Marketing and/or Operations) with direct International experience.
Excellent project management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel, Microsoft Project a plus
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills
Highly organized
Flexible to handle ever-changing priorities and needs of multiple groups
