Monthly Store Set Cadence - 50%
• Develop engaging, profitable visual merchandising presentations for ALL OshKosh retail store formats (4 formats)
• Responsible for leading visual team on the set up of OshKosh merchandise statements in the visual lab store that are compelling, easy for customers to understand and easy for the stores to execute
• Lead and direct Visual Managers on the creation & execution of OshKosh merchandise blueprints factoring in payroll and store workflow while delivering compelling presentations
• Overseas all aspects of presentation, from strategic pre-buy work with buying team to final communication to field for execution
• Pre-set seasonal programs for multiple formats monthly to prepare for Executive Walk Throughs
• Has a clear understanding of the complex promotional strategy and its impact on presentation
• Work with cross functional partners- buying team, planning and allocation, merchandising, creative & store operations supporting OshKosh
• Review all OshKosh communication for field direction of all formats, stand alone, side-by-side, and cobrand formats
• Drives store execution from inception to completion through a robust visual training program for our field team including videos, standards manuals and training at all SMLA, new DM orientation and processes related to visual merchandising
Visual Operations - 25%
• Strategic partner in weekly business review meetings with the Buying Team to influence the buys, pricing, and business strategies that are executable across all formats
• Understand key strategic business initiatives and develops and executes ways to support through Visual Merchandising/Presentation
• Owns the full process of visual merchandising from pre-buy work, conceptualization through monthly milestone meetings, calendars and workflow for all OshKosh store formats. (Includes lab blitzs, leadership walks and VMD production every month)
• Lead the creation and execution of pre-planning merchandise blueprints for upcoming seasons ensuring every format aligns to buy and merchandising strategy
Field Support - 25%
• Lead / Review all OshKosh communication for field direction of all store formats including merchandise blueprints, window execution direction, sign placement and other pertinent information to drive sales and profitability
• Travel to stores to assist with execution of Visual presentations for special projects and corporate events and store openings as needed
• Travel to stores for field training series and lead visual development of our field organization
Manage team of 3 or more

Experience and Skills
• Must have strong fashion merchandising and display talent
• Understand key retail business functions
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
• Strong creative eye for fashion and color
• Multi-task, self-motivated and deadline oriented with high level of accuracy
• Hands-on merchandising of product and related fixtures
• BA\BS preferred
• 3-5 years Corporate Visual Merchandising experience
• 8-10 years retail visual experience
• 50% Travel
