Position Overview:
OVERVIEW
The Justice Ecommerce Operations team is the heartbeat of shopjustice.com. Life in our group is constantly evolving, exciting, and fast-paced. The Ecommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of shopjustice.com. She/He will partner with Ascena Brand Services, IT, UX, and brand stakeholders on site enhancements and initiatives, and will be a key connecting partner to Marketing, Content, Creative, and International business teams. The Ecommerce Operations Specialist will play a key role in UAT, 3rd party vendor management, CMS and Promo engine management, and any additional special projects. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player who is excited about retail and ecommerce.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
• Identify and deliver initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Optimize processes with internal teams/partners and introduce new workflows
• Partner with business and brand services teams to define business requirements for projects and new site functionalities.
• Key participant in UAT. Partner with brand services, IT, and QA teams on scenarios and feedback.
• Own ecommerce projects from inception to launch.
• Assist in troubleshooting site issues with ecommerce ops, content, and platform support teams.
• Key connecting partner to marketing, content, creative, international, customer service, fulfillment center, and online merchandising teams.
• Manage all aspects of a third party vendor relationship, from implementation to the definition and execution of a shared roadmap.
• Manage the daily site launch schedule and lead site launches.
• Become an expert of our promotion engine, XCC. Setup promos as needed, explore new capabilities, and partner with business and brand services/IT to drive forward enhancements.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital/Technology field, Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
• 2-4 years in ecommerce or digital, retail industry preferred
• Can do, positive attitude
• Motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly shift priorities
• Experience using content management systems, ATG a plus
• Familiarity with issue and project tracking software, JIRA or similar product
• Knowledge of promo management tools
• Knowledge of web design and usability
• Ability to scale up and see the big picture, but not afraid to roll up the sleeves and dive into small details.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business and brand services partners.
