Overview
Foot Locker, Inc., the world's leading retailer of athletically inspired shoes and apparel, is seeking a Construction Coordinator. The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for all coordination of activities and support of Project Managers as related to various construction projects. This position is crucial in the success of the overall Construction team, along with the Real Estate department.

Responsibilities
• Prepare & issue contract agreements for all capital construction projects
• Process all General Contractor invoices
• Collect, log, and review close out packages from General Contractor
• Coordinate final invoices and sign-off & reviews with Project Manager for release of retention
• Verify all documentation is provided, including lien releases and certificate of occupancy
• Responsible for tracking open store warranty issues
• Assist Construction Operations Manager on maintaining and updating all Construction Department manuals, forms, etc. to document the most current policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned, including issuance of several weekly reports
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of related work experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
• Must be a notary public
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• May be required to lift products between 10 to 25 pounds
