Senior Director People Services (Employee Relations): Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
• This is the top position at a multi-profit center responsible for developing and managing employee relations, including ensuring employees adhere to company policies
• Assist with EEO/AA Compliance and Reporting; and internal investigations of harassment or discrimination
• Typically responsible for leading a team of professionals including managers
How You Will Make a Difference:
• Design and manage a common approach to addressing employee relations concerns for managers and employees globally.
• Using data and input from HR Business Partners, develop guidance and recommendations on policy, corrective actions, construction and management of performance and development plans.
• Work with aligned HR Business Partner to influence and implement changes and process improvements based on data and insights collected by team
Skills for Success:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
• Generally seventeen years of progressive experience with seven years of managerial experience
• HRIS experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
• Travel by air and overnight, as required
