Project Manager, Digital Commerce: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
Description:
• Coordinate IT solution projects through accepting original work requests, defining functional requirements, making time line estimations, providing project approvals, and executing and monitoring projects once approved;
• Reporting project status to senior management and properly communicating objectives throughout the process;
• Independently performing or coordinating all needed project tasks to ensure a successful delivery that is on time and on budget for large projects that are both strategic and key to the success of the organization;
• Building and coordinating with the appropriate teams and mentoring project analysts;
• Overseeing teams as they deliver significant business value;
• Guiding team development and performing the appropriate level of performance planning, review, and counseling.
Required Experience/Skills:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field plus six (6) years of experience in a Business Analytics role. Experience must include:
• Demonstrable ability to independently lead large business-significant projects;
• Demonstrable experience leading agile development;
• Demonstrable knowledge of general web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java and Web Servers;
• Demonstrable experience using WebSphere Commerce Suite with JIRA or Confluence;
• Demonstrable experience evaluating business work requests, gathering requirements, and working as a SME;
• Demonstrable experience determining and documenting scope and estimating project size;
• Demonstrable experience in developing functional specifications and User Acceptance Criteria;
• Demonstrable experience in creating solution proposals;
• Demonstrable experience creating high level plans and defining and presenting project options.
