Associate, Marketing, Darphin North America
Principle Objective:
Work with the Manager of NA Consumer Engagement & Marketing to build a brand awareness, and to drive sales and market share growth through strategically and reliably executed programs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.)Sampling
Partner with Sales Directors, Online team, and Manager of Consumer Engagement & Marketing to create sample forecasts/programming.
•Track sample production and timing with GBSC, as needed.
•Maintain ongoing sample program plan.
•Allocate samples via Passport.
•Track sample shipments with Customer Service and accounts to ensure timely and complete receipt.
•Maintain sample forward forecast with Finance & Demand Planning. Review and update demand monthly. Manage excess.
•Support field ad hoc sample requests.
2.)Set & GWP Production and Execution
Manage, track, and deliver Retail Sets & GWPs efficiently and on-time.
•Manage the Fast Track process always ensuring program stays on track and within cost targets.
•Ensure stock availability.
•Maintain forward forecast with Finance & Demand Planning.
3.)Collateral
Manage collateral production using global assets and customizing for NA specific needs.
•Set-up collateral in CPMS.
•Allocate collateral via Passport ensure timely delivery for collateral programs.
4.)Visual Merchandising
Execute strategy and merchandising vision as directed by Manager of Consumer Engagement & Marketing and RDDC team.
•Assist in development of seasonal planograms in partnership with RDDC team, highlighting new product launches and hero skus.
•Partner with RDDC Project Manager to ensure timely and accurate installation of visual updates in-store.
•Provide timely and concise communications to field teams and Canadian Operations Coordinator to drive flawless in-store execution.
5.)Trade Marketing Support
Support Sales, Marketing, and Education in preparing and delivering retailer specific programs and presentations, as well as communications to field teams.
•Prepare seasonal check list of Market Meeting needs and gather and prepare gratis, presentation materials, visuals, etc.
•Understand seasonal launches, value sets, promotions and timing as they relate to each retailer.
•Assist in creation of seasonal, retailer specific decks.
•Order and track comps and market samples (for use in retailer meetings, in response to photo comp requests, etc.)
•Support planning and execution of annual Sales Meeting.
Qualifications
2+ years relevant work experience.
Strong communication, creative and interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with un-prompted follow-through.
Strong computer skills (emphasizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Ability to learn Corporate and 3rd Party web-based reporting, forecasting and allocation platforms (Data Warehouse, CPMS, Passport, etc).
Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of the NOAM Affiliate, Global, Creative and Customer Service.
Undergraduate Degree.
Willingness to travel to key meetings and markets in the US and Internationally. Approximately 10% travel.
