Position Overview:
The Ecommerce Associate Manager will have ownership over the product upload process for all 3 branded sites, from beginning to end. They will be responsible for site merchandising efforts including, enabling products, and updating the homepage / content blocks, reporting on dead stock and RTV’s. They will serve as back up for overall site merchandising and for the Customer Service team during key times of the year (e.g. Friends & Family events).

1.45% Site Merchandising:
Responsible for site merchandising efforts including, but not limited to, enabling and disabling products, updating the homepages / content blocks / navigation images to coincide with new deliveries, emails and promotions, setting up cross-sell / up-sell, RTV’s, updating weekly dead stock reports, optimizing filters and overall back up for site merchandising.
2.35% Product Uploads and Monitoring: Ownership over the product import process from beginning to end, including gathering all data (product names, SKUS, prices, descriptions, URLs, etc.) and creating the import spreadsheets. Manage the import of spreadsheets and images into the ecommerce backend platform (Magento) and work to solve any issues. Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure all styles are shot and all images are available in a timely manner. Continually monitor and update any outdated or incorrect information.
3.10% Sample Management:Responsible for managing the NY sample line and ensuring NY samples are available for all DTC and Marketing photo shoots.
3.5% Customer Service: Serve as back up support for the Customer Service team at key times of year (e.g Friends & Family events) in order to extend our hours. Answer customer phone calls, emails, help place customer orders, track shipments and returns, offer technical help, conduct stock search, make price adjustments and other general inquiries.
5.5% Market Research: Conduct market research / competitive benchmarking on assigned topics. Analyze and compile results. Present learnings and recommendations to team.

Required Skills
1. Minimum 2-3 year experience in Ecommerce role
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Detailed and deadline driven, with excellent time management skills
4. Ability to problem solve, strong multi-tasking skills, and accuracy
Desired Attributes
Fashion/Retail industry experience; Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PPT); Team player attitude. Experience with Magento is a plus.
