Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate should have deep experience in CRM, be a strategic and analytic thinker with the ability to partner with other teams/agencies, and have a genuine commitment to the customer.
• Conceptualize and work with cross-functional teams to bring to market programs that identify and engage customers based on insights and customer behavior
• Design and partner to execute integrated multi-channel programs that focus on early life retention, stimulate brand engagement and increase customer LTV
• Develop audiences and subsequent communication plans for speaking to them, most specifically for, but not limited to, email marketing.
• Identify trends and patterns which lead to specific insights and testing initiatives
• Take lead on cross channel consumer journey mapping and experience development
• Closely align programs with findings from customer analytics, advanced marketing analytics, and customer insights
• Manage UGG Rewards program, developing communication plans and promotional schedules.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
• 5+ years of relevant in CRM, contact strategy development, or customer value management
• Working understanding of omni-channel contact strategy development
• Ability to consumer, interpret and act on consumer analytics and consumer insights information
• 5+ years’ experience working with an email marketing platform (Responsys a plus)
• Familiarity with the concepts of social CRM and deploying CRM campaigns in social media networks
• Ability to query databases
• Ability to develop and deploy complex multi-step campaigns in a CRM platform
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop positive and productive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
• Excellent time management, organizational, planning and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses.
• Strong analytic presentation skills to senior and peer level audiences
• Demonstrated results in developing, deploying, and managing consumer experience programs
