Overview
Under the direction of the Manager, the Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspect of the European Union buying and production process, managing relevant reports and supporting business needs in line with EU / NA vision.
Responsibilities
Monitor and achieve calendar deadlines as measured by seasonal calendar actualization, and maintain calendar actualization report.
Execute and manage EU pre-production Work-In-Process (WIP)
Maintain “One Voice” communication with EU. Coordinate, track, and review EU pertinent requirements and request to supply chain.
Provide EU team constant visibility to NA buying process.
Review/Maintain and analyze all EU brand reports highlighting areas for improvements both internally & externally.
Manage EU order placement process including best possible deliveries are met and provide target place dates as required to merchant team. Facilitate PO’s between merchants & vendors to ensure accuracy
Manage time & action dates for all orders, ensuring all approvals are met within required timing to meet delivery
Manage WIP for all orders, trouble shoot production issues and ensure on-time deliveries to logistics broker.
Manage QA & TOP process with vendors, merchants and make recommendations as needed.
Qualifications
• Proficient in high-level data analysis and Microsoft Systems. Trade Stone experience also preferred
• Ability to work within and across cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, while maintaining the company’s “product first” environment
• Possesses proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as an understanding of, and ability to, implement operational efficiencies
• Organized, detail oriented, and flexible in order to assist on multiple projects simultaneously
• Works with a high sense of urgency and integrity, easily and quickly adapts to change, and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business or related field.
