About the Role
The Creative Operations Analytics Manager, you will work closely with the Creative Operations team and cross-functional partners to provide strategic recommendations to support the ongoing evolution of the creative organization and drive results for the team. You’ll need exceptional analytical, strategic, and tactical skills, as well as a passion for problem solving. You will support the department on both a tactical and strategic level, through tracking, reporting, planning, and process analysis. It’s your role to create financial and forecasting models and also develop strategies for operating in an ambiguous environment and make critical recommendations for the operations of our business. This will require you to think big, use data to inform your decisions, and always look for ways to innovate.
You are excited about this opportunity because you will...
• Forecast and Budget
◦ Own management of annual budgets, quarterly/monthly forecasts and reconciliation.
◦ Establish and maintaining dashboards and reports in order to accurately monitor the progress, efficiency, and overall profitability
• Perform Data Analysis
◦ Prepare cost analysis and special reports with suggestions for process improvement.
◦ Transform data into actionable insights that improve the creative team’s operations.
◦ Ongoing assessments of creative operations based on data to identifying opportunities for future improvement.
◦ Develop and analyze creative metrics to identify cost drivers and levers to improve efficiency over time
◦ Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources and key performance metrics
• Provide Insights and Recommendations:
◦ Proactive thinker who will ask the big and small questions and seek to find the answers.
◦ Perform ad-hoc analysis to measure and interpret trends and inform key decision-makers on strategies to try.
◦ Research, analyze and report on insights related to the creative operation.
◦ You are a great storyteller, you know how to understand which insights help you take action/explain performance and how to use the data to influence your partners to take action.
◦ Good communicator, energetic, a team player with an all-round knowledge of creative production, tracking, and analytics.
◦ You will bring a keen sense of curiosity and the ability to partner with the right people to implement change.
• Be proactive and detail oriented with strong organisational skills and a keen sense of urgency
• Have the ability to solve problems and to find solutions calmly and efficiently

• You have 5+ years of managing creative productions to budget
• You are extremely detail oriented and can build a spreadsheet that tells a story.
