J.Crew is looking for a highly motivated Office Services liaison to the corporate office and department administrator.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Receive and filter calls and e-mail for service line
• Manage incoming requests on service website for appropriate personnel to respond, follow-up with maintenance clerks
• Place and receive supply orders for office, maintenance, copier/laser printer and special requests
• Code and process incoming invoices
• Building management liaison for department
• Maintain all vendor Certificate of Insurance paperwork
• Manage catering orders for office teams
• General administrative duties for department
• Back-up receptionist during lunch breaks, emergencies and vacation
• Budget and project tracking for both corporate offices
Qualifications
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Administrative experience
• Ability to solve problems quickly and follow up upon completion
• Must speak clearly and articulately
• Strong command of the English language and polite phone etiquette
• Professional, personable and friendly demeanor
• College degree preferred
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer)
