Specific Responsibilities
• Assist the business development team with creating written briefs and presentations
• Coordinate multiple assignments and projects around the development of pitch presentations
• Build, manage and track agency business development presentations
• Communicate effectively with agents in our office and work with outside brands and agencies to build client base
• Conduct research on request and maintain a general awareness of industry trends, formats and competitive environment
Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
• Recent Graduate and Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum two years’ administrative experience
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Very strong copywriting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Additional
• Adobe Illustrator/In Design skills
• Strong Keynote Skills
