1. Primary Purpose
Fanatics is searching for a dynamic, independent, and solution--oriented associate program manager to lead daily operations for our fast-growing gift card business. Fanatics is the global leader in licensed sports merchandise, leveraging partnerships with all of the major sports leagues and hundreds of professional and college teams to deliver the largest assortment of fan gear anywhere.
In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple internal teams and vendors to support b-to-b and b-to-c gift card programs, bringing together business leadership, customer service, analytics, site operations, card processors, 3rd party distributors, and other key partners to deliver a seamless experience.
II.Key Responsibilities
• Manage all day-to-day aspects of gift card programs
• Manage digital and physical gift card inventory, reorders, POs
• Support the launch of new digital and physical gift cards
• Support the launch and execution of b-to-c marketing campaigns
• Support volume sales teams
• Research and resolve digital and physical processing issues
• Collaborate with customer service on program and product updates, policy decisions, and customer problem resolutions
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and all necessary support and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Escalate problems appropriately
• Identify and implement process improvements

1. Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 2 – 4 years in a fast-paced, operations-oriented environment
• Customer-centric and service minded
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects, tickets, and open items simultaneously
• Resourceful, responsive, and perseverant – able to solve problems in a timely manner
