Overview
BHLDN is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to play a key role in the product management for the BHLDN website. The Web Producer is responsible for new product activation, ongoing product and category maintenance, site support for merchandising strategies and working with our website platform partner & web team to assist with activations, product launches, QA and technical troubleshooting. This position is highly collaborative with the Merchandising, Buying, Planning, and Copywriting groups so being comfortable taking direction and fielding questions from others and being a strong team player is critical. Additionally, someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to filter and prioritize feedback and requests strategically is critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
• Oversee product activation process from coordinating with Buying, Copy, Photo and Merchandising teams for product assets to launching products on a weekly basis in Weblinc CMS
• Continually review and revise product activation process to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Create, optimize, redirect and move categories within the site navigation based on performance
• Create and manage BHLDN discounts in content management system
• Manage on-site product reviews
• Conduct user testing and analyze results to improve UX
• Respond to customer service inquiries and provide bug fixes/site improvements as needed
Qualifications
• Strong capacity for multi-tasking; ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the organization to help support the digital channel.
• Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Competency with web-based content management applications
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
