Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update all marketing reports, including weekly dashboard for Digital Marketing team and key cross-functional executives
• Transform data and insights into visuals (graphs, charts) that can clearly address and articulate the business needs
• Establish channel benchmarks and measure performance, to develop actionable recommendations based on KPIs including but not limited to:
◦ Digital marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, views/viewability, ROAS)
◦ Website data and behaviors (geo, device, bounce rate, etc.)
◦ Ecommerce data (units, transactions, revenue, average order size, etc.)
◦ Store data (visits, revenue, etc.)
• Help with the implementation and optimization of the Data Management Platform (DMP) and reporting tools to allow Digital Marketing counterparts to execute cross-channel consumer, direct sold and programmatic campaigns
◦ Work with segment stakeholders to gather goals, success metrics and prioritize the opportunity, in order to create effective reporting and insights
• Spearhead the research and implementation of a multi-touch attribution model
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Email, CRM, Retail, etc.) to gather insights and data that will help inform a holistic marketing point of view and actionable strategy
• Assist Global Partners in the development of Digital Marketing reports
• Proactively educate internal and external partners on data sources, tools and reporting approaches
Requirements:
• Proficient in Omniture, Google Analytics & AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and ad serving platforms (i.e. DoubleClick)
• Hands-on experience working with multiple data sources
• Experience working with a Data Management Platform (DMP), preferably the Salesforce platform Krux
• Experience with an attribution platform is a plus
• Proficient in all MS Office applications. Advanced Excel and Power Point skills a must
• Demonstrates strong analytical capability and attention to detail to solve problems
• Ability to learn quickly, iterate based on data, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

• Effective time-management and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years digital marketing experience at a brand, agency, or technology/data company
