Position Summary:
The Web Designer is responsible for designing, managing and developing all site, email and display ad content. They will collaborate with the ecommerce team to improve and enhance site UI. They will also work with cross-functional partners to conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent digital marketing experiences.
Essential Functions of this Role:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Manage site refresh and email calendars in partnership with the Digital Content Specialist
• Participate in ideation sessions to develop compelling content ideas to drive engagement and conversion
• Create all site content, including but not limited to homepage features, landing pages and category banners
• Collaborate on planning email stories and features with multiple stakeholders
• Design, program (HTML & CSS), send Proofs, make revisions, and schedule within Bronto email marketing system
• Develop landing pages/microsites as needed in collaboration with the Lead Web Developer
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop effective display ads
• Create a variety of content for global ecommerce partners, social media marketing, site takeovers, etc.
• Collaborate on the enhancements and redesign of site UI

Work Environment:
• This job operates within the corporate offices.
Physical Demands:
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or other move objects, including the human body.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
Expected Hours of Work:
• This position is generally 8am – 5pm weekdays
Travel:
• This position generally has no travel.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
• Experience with SalesForce Marketing & Commerce Cloud (Demandware) preferred.
• Knowledge of Demandware.
• The ideal candidate will be very proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), HTML5 and CSS3.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
• Experience with JavaScript
