Creative Studio Manager - DKNY Marketing
Overview
The Studio Manager is a master of execution and process, seeing every project through from initiation to delivery. The Studio Manager ensures that all job requests are completed in full and effectively scheduled, and keeps projects moving smoothly, under budget and on schedule, while maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process. The Studio Manager should have a keen sensitivity to project deadlines, an acute attention to detail, the ability to shift and balance priorities based on the overall volume of work, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit that will help develop infrastructure and operations.
Responsibilities
• Receive and review project requests from Marketing Team
• Assign jobs, create timelines and set priorities to meet deadlines with Graphic Design Team and Art Director
• Manage photo, print production budgets
• Source vendors and maintain key relationships
• Establish structure that lends itself to an efficient creative development process
• Manage project status updates and communicate with marketing partners
• Archive samples and sourced materials
• Identify workflow issues and fine-tune schedules as necessary
• Help to develop and improve department procedures
• Traffic all production and design jobs
• Assist and coordinate the studio in the production of materials and support for campaigns, or other branding projects
Qualifications
• 6+ Years in the Industry
• Graphic design and Art Direction knowledge
• Print Production Knowledge
• Management Knowledge
